What are the benefits of hiring Enterprise Dedicated Editors?

Great question! Clients with Dedicated Editors:

Clients with Dedicated Editors can also receive editing as low as $0.50-$1.00 per image! (cost per image is variable based on the volume, shooting style, and editing requirements)

With Enterprise Dedicated Editors, you also receive onboarding and training with your team, US customer support, and access to our white labeled uploader so your photographers can upload/download images from our system with your personalized branding.

What is the cost per image?

With Enterprise Dedicated Editors, you pay one flat fee per month in order to have access to your editors 8 hours/day, 5 days/week. Your editors are able to edit as much as possible during this time.

Based on your volume and the speed of your Dedicated Editors, you can receive editing as low as $0.50-$0.70 per image.

Editing speed for Dedicated Editors is determined by your shooting style, editing requirements, and volume of images.

How many images can my Dedicated Editor get through?

On average, each Dedicated Editor can typically edit:

  • Around 90 credits/shift
  • Around 2,000 credits per month!
  • On average, that’s close to 3 batches per editor per shift, depending on the size of the batch and the shooting/editing style
When will my Dedicated Editors work?

Dedicated Editors can work one one of our three shift schedules:

  • AM Shift: 6:00 pm – 2:00 am EST
  • PM Shift: 2:00 am – 10:00 am EST
  • GY Shift: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm EST

Dedicated Editors must work in 8 hour time blocks, but shift schedules can be flexible based on the needs of the client and the flexibility of the editors.

Can my Dedicated Editors work overtime?

Yes! Should you require your virtual assistant staff member to work additional hours above and beyond their set shift schedule, overtime will be billed at a rate of $12.00 per hour. Overtime must be approved by both the Client and the staff member.

What is the turnaround time with Dedicated Editors?

Each Dedicated Editor will work an 8 hour shift, 5 days per week. Your turnaround time will be based on when your editors are scheduled to work and how many images they are able to process in any given shift.

If your Dedicated Editors can’t finish all of your edits in one shift, no problem! You have the ability to pass along the unfinished edits to your Dedicated Editors on the next shift, or overflow your remaining edits to the PhotoUp editing team.

Can my Dedicated Editors edit anything else besides photos?

Yes! You are able to hire Dedicated Editors who can edit photos, videos, complete virtual assistant tasks, and/or provide virtual staging services (using the PhotoUp virtual furniture library). Dedicated Editors are priced based on the services that they provide. Dedicated Editor pricing starts at (5 editors minimum):

  • $1,369 – Photo Editor
  • $1,649 – Virtual Staging Editor
How much does Enterprise Dedicated Editing cost per month?

To receive Enterprise Dedicated Editing, you’ll need to hire a minimum of 5 Dedicated Editors. The cost for each photo editor starts at $1,369/month per editor (total = $6,845 for a team of 5 editors).

You can also hire Dedicated Editors that edit videos and/or provide Virtual Staging services. These editors with additional skills come at a slightly higher monthly rate. Click here to see our Enterprise Editing rates.

How much volume do I need for Enterprise Dedicated Editing?

If your team is shooting 15+ homes per day (approx. 500+ images), we recommend looking into the Enterprise Dedicated Editing option.

If you’re not quite there yet, we recommend starting out with 1-2 Dedicated Editors until you are ready to grow your editing team.

Remember, you’ll start receiving discounts on each of your Dedicated Editors once you hire 5+ members on your team.

Can I send back revisions to my Dedicated Editors?

Yes, all clients are able to request unlimited free revisions for up to 4 days after photos have been delivered. Please make sure to rate your batch accordingly and send appropriate feedback when requesting revisions.

Can I still send images to the main PhotoUp editing team?

Absolutely! With an Enterprise account, you have the ability to assign batches to your editor(s) OR send images to the PhotoUp editing team.

This option is available in any account that has Dedicated Editors.

What software does my Dedicated Editor use when editing photos?

At PhotoUp, we use the following software when editing your images:

  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Lightroom
  • LR/Enfuse

With Enterprise Dedicated Editors, you are able to add additional software to your editors workstations. However, software that requires an additional expense will be billed at the expense of the client.

Do I need to use the PhotoUp system for uploading?

With Enterprise Dedicated Editors, you can use the PhotoUp uploader or choose another system to upload photos directly to your editor.

Does PhotoUp have an API?

Yes, we do! We allow Enterprise clients to connect to our API which allows for easier upload and direct delivery to third party platforms. Email sales@photoup.net to find out more about our API options.
